Performance of The Machine

01. STM Series Automatic Front-lay Flute Laminator adopts unique pressing spring front lay registration design compliant with PLC control system, which can make machine run at high lamination precision and low rate of breaking down.
02. The machine uses frequency control and PLC central control, which can do simulation to digit program and operation control accurately.
03. The core designed rubber roller together with knurled steel roller can enhance the evenness of gluing, strength of stickiness, as well as lowering the production cost.
04. Balance-tested rollers, tight assembling technique, plus timing belts driving mechanic system. The bottom paper feeding part adopts double servo motor, which can realize the bottom paper to front lay timely and accurately in order to make the machine run at low noise with high precision.
05. The machine adopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating system.
06. Self-developed high-strength feeder compliant with high configuration electric system makes the machine run at low malfunction. The electric parts used are all from worldwide famous brands or well-known Chinese brands.
07. All materials bought from outside are inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and the key parts such as bearings are imported ones.
08. The bottom sheet for this machine can be A, B, C, E, F flute, 3 or 5 ply corrugated board to sheet lamination. The range for top paper can be 150-450 GSM. It has top paper advance or alignment function.
