Through advanced planning and scheduling (APS), all resources can be synchronized, real-time, constrained and simulated, regardless of material, machinery, equipment, personnel, supply, customer demand, transportation and other influencing factors. Optimize and compare the long-term and short-term plans, and analyze the feasibility. It mainly establishes sample project management, product process standard management, marketing plan management, material plan management, workshop production plan management and workshop execution management, so as to create a solid, reliable, comprehensive and feasible manufacturing collaborative management platform for the company. MES is a manufacturing execution system, which collects and records all kinds of data in the production process, and monitors the status of the site in real time.
