Forming process

Indentation: if the paper is too thick or the pulp is too brittle, the pulp inside will be exposed, resulting in serious damage to the screen. Indentation is the best way to solve this problem. Indentation can be divided into flat pressing, rolling and rotary pressing, which have different advantages and disadvantages and suitable occasions.

Draw line: also known as dot line, dotted line, needle line, dental floss, etc. It is often used in the production of coupons, bonus tickets, receipts, tickets, discount cards, etc.

Punch: punch a hole in the printed matter according to the size required, which is often used in hangtag printing.

Bookbinding technology of books and periodicals

Horseback binding: the most concise and commonly used binding method, suitable for thin bookbinding.

Flat binding: both thread binding and wire binding belong to flat binding. It is a binding method that the printed pages are folded and pasted into a volume, and then nailed with iron wire (wire) at the edge of the nail, and then wrapped with the cover. Used for bookbinding of general books.

Sewing glue binding: sewing glue binding avoids the disadvantages of loose pages and degumming of wireless glue binding. It is often used in the binding of books and periodicals with more pages, such as dictionaries.
